Your information.

What this website does not do

It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and it loads nothing from third parties.

It has no forms that send information to Oasis or to anyone else. The website’s security policy stops the page from sending data anywhere.

Stain Rescue

The Stain Rescue page gives general stain advice from the two choices you make on it: the stain and the fabric. Your choices stay on your device. The website does not store, send or see them, and it asks for no details and no photo.

Franchise interest list

The franchise page’s interest form is checked on your device and then opens WhatsApp with your details written into a message to Oasis. This website sends and stores nothing; the message goes only when you press send in WhatsApp. Oasis uses the details you send only to contact you about franchise opportunities, keeps them securely, never adds them to any other list, and corrects or deletes them at your request.

WhatsApp, telephone and email

Links on this site open WhatsApp, your telephone dialler, your email app, Google Maps, or Oasis’s Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages. The site loads nothing from those services until you choose to follow a link; from that point the other service’s terms apply.

Who is responsible

Oasis Dry Cleaning & Laundry (Pty) Ltd (“Oasis”) is the responsible party for personal information that Oasis itself receives, for example a message you send us on WhatsApp. You can reach Oasis at info@oasisdrycleaning.co.za, on WhatsApp, or through the contact page.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask Oasis what personal information it holds about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Send your request to the email address above and mark it “Privacy request”.

Information Officer

Oasis is completing the formal designation and registration of its Information Officer with the Information Regulator. The name and contact details will be published here once that is done. Until then, privacy requests go to the general email address above.
