Oasis Dry Cleaning & Laundry takes reasonable care when handling and cleaning customers' garments and household items.

All items are accepted subject to assessment of their condition, fabric composition, care instructions and suitability for our professional cleaning processes.

While every reasonable effort is made to achieve satisfactory results, stain removal, colour retention and cleaning outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Pre-existing wear, hidden defects, weakened fabrics, unstable dyes and delicate embellishments may affect the results.

Customers are encouraged to disclose any known damage, stains or special care requirements when submitting items for cleaning.

Prices, service availability and estimated completion times are subject to confirmation. Any concerns regarding completed services should be reported to Oasis as soon as reasonably possible.

Any claims involving loss, damage or service concerns will be considered individually, taking into account the circumstances and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights or remedies that customers are entitled to under South African consumer protection legislation.
